Corporate Midweek Group Booking Form

 


Important Notes:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours other than for inclement weather will be subject to a $150+ HST cancellation fee.
  • Payment and return of unused lift tickets are due at the ticket desk by 1:00pm the day of your ski event.
  • Accounts must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice date. Any past due accounts will be charged a 2% interest.
  • Food and Beverage menu to be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Changes to Food and Beverage within 24 hours of the event will be subject to a surcharge. The final numbers cannot decrease by 10%.
  • Final guest number attending event is due 1 week prior to arrival, otherwise full billing for the orginal estimate will be applied.
  • Complimentary fun race at 1:30pm on Little John. Race results must be picked up by group representative at front desk following the race. Advance booking is required for this activity.
  • Complimentary adult beginner lessons must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival. Lessons take place at 10:30am sharp for one hour.
  • Snowshoe hiking participants and guided tour must be booked and confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Snowshoe participants must have a lift ticket to use the chairlift.
  • Helmets are MANDATORY for the fun race, ski and snowboard lessons, and for all group instructors and coaches.

Lift Ticket Packages:

  • Option 1 - Package to be picked up at the ticket desk upon arrival and tickets distributed by Group Representative. Extra lift tickets must be returned to ticket desk by 1:00pm or group will be charged for extra tickets.

  • Option 2 - Guests to purchase lift tickets individually at ticket desk.

 

A/V Requirments and Other Equipment:

  • Please contact Midweek Group Coordinator by email to reserve A/V equipment for your event. Arrangements must be made 2 weeks prior to your event in order to secure items needed.

 

Squire John's Rental Information:

  • Group rental equipment reservations can be made by contacting Squire John's, Donna Van Brussel at [email protected] to arrange the online booking website. Arrangements must be made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the arrival.
